As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within seven business days from the date of your order. Shipping is free. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your order is damaged during shipping, please take photos and send them to us at email@example.com and contact 1-800-762-1142. Do not return to place of purchase.
Limited 1 Year Warranty:
Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser of product, and to no other person, that if this product is assembled and operated in accordance with the printed instructions accompanying it, then for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, all parts in such product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Manufacturer may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase. Therefore, purchaser should retain sales receipt or invoice. This Limited Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts, which prove defective under normal use and service and which Manufacturer shall determine in its reasonable discretion upon examination to be defective. Before returning any parts, Manufacturer should be contacted at 1-800-762-1142. If defective parts are returned, transportation charges must be prepaid by customer. Manufacturer will return replacement parts to the original retail purchaser, freight or postage prepaid.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation or improper maintenance or service by you or any third party, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the product as set out in the owner’s manual. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover the damage to the finish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, rust or other weather damage, after purchase.
