Ohio Flame Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  Shipping is free. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@thefirepitz.com

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our Ohio Flame steel fire bowls.  (Lifetime Warranty applies to the structural integrity and durability of the steel bowl and welds. No warranty is offered on screens, grates, paint or finishes. Altering the product or using the fire bowl in any way other than intended will void the manufacturer’s warranty.)

Return Policy

Our Return Policy covers damaged or defective products only.  If you feel that your product is defective or has been damaged during shipment, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives immediately at 678-631-8112.  If the product is found to be defective, either a replacement or refund may be issued.  Any refund issued will be applied to the method of payment that was used at the time of order.  If the product was damaged during shipment, we will require for you to provide us with information and pictures of the damaged product including packaging so that we may file a claim with our shipper.  Our Return Policy excludes “buyer’s remorse” and degradation/deterioration of powder coat finish after use of the product.
