BLUE RHINO SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

 Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within seven business days from the date of your order.  Shipping is free. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within seven business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@thefirepitz.com

Returns:

Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your order is damaged during shipping, please take photos and contact the manufacturer at 800-762-1142. 

Blue Rhino Limited 1 Year Warranty:

Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser of product, and to no other person, that if this product is assembled and operated in accordance with the printed instructions accompanying it, then for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, all parts in such product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Manufacturer may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase. Therefore, purchaser should retain sales receipt or invoice. This Limited Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts, which prove defective under normal use and service and which Manufacturer shall determine in its reasonable discretion upon examination to be defective. Before returning any parts, Manufacturer should be contacted at 1-800-762-1142. If defective parts are returned, transportation charges must be prepaid by customer. Manufacturer will return replacement parts to the original retail purchaser, freight or postage prepaid.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation or improper maintenance or service by you or any third party, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the product as set out in the owner’s manual. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover the damage to the finish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, rust or other weather damage, after purchase.

FIRE PIT ART SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

These fire pits are hand made. Shipping time is 10 - 15 business days from date order is placed.

Returns:

Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your order is damaged during shipping, please take photos and contact Customerservice@firepitart.com immediately. 

Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging to Fire Pit Art® A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

All Fire Pit Art® departs banded to a pallet with ¾ “ steel bands and is covered with a cardboard box.  The return fire pit must be secured to the pallet and covered for protection.  If the fire pit is returned and damaged a $100 fee will be charged to refinish the fire pit.  Otherwise, if the fire pit is returned without damage we have a 20% restocking fee.

Fire Pit Art Warranty

All components are warranted for a period of 10 years after date of purchase by the original owner.

Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging to Fire Pit Art® A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.  The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase.

Artisan Spark Guard Warranty

Fire Pit Art® Artisan Spark Guards are handcrafted to fit Fire Pit Art® and no returns are accepted if they are purchased to fit any other product except Fire Pit Art.  All though we use very heavy mesh screen it is susceptible to the high direct heat of the fire pit.  Longevity is determined by the frequency and intensity of the fires and will be different for every user. 

The fire screen material is guaranteed for sixty days against failure, the frame work is guaranteed for ten years with proof of purchase and would be shipped back prepaid to Fire Pit Art®.  In addition a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns

Return Policy

Our Return Policy covers damaged or defective products only.  If you feel that your product is defective or has been damaged during shipment, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives immediately at (330) 953-0863.  If the product is found to be defective, either a replacement or refund may be issued.  Any refund issued will be applied to the method of payment that was used at the time of order.  If the product was damaged during shipment, we will require for you to provide us with information and pictures of the damaged product including packaging so that we may file a claim with our shipper.  Our Return Policy excludes “buyer’s remorse” and degradation/deterioration of powder coat finish after use of the product.

Ohio Flame Warranty:

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all of our Ohio Flame steel fire bowls.  (Lifetime Warranty applies to the structural integrity and durability of the steel bowl and welds. No warranty is offered on screens, grates, paint or finishes. Altering the product or using the fire bowl in any way other than intended will void the manufacturer’s warranty.)

Order Shipment:

Return Policy

Product damaged in shipping should be reported immediately to the Customer Service desk at info@patinaproducts.com or call 805-474-1354.

A pre-paid FedEx label will be issued for return of actual damaged items and an identical replacement item will be shipped at no expense to the customer. All non-damage related product returns will require a RMA number from the Customer Service desk. Products refused upon arrival or returned without an authorized RMA number will be handled on a case by case basis. Returns must be in new condition, in
original packaging. A restocking fee equal to the two freight charges plus $10 will be assessed on all non-damage related returns.
Personalized Products damaged during shipment must be returned for repair. A pre-paid FedEx label will be issued. Personalized Product sales are final upon placement of order and cannot be returned.

100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

All fire pits by Patina Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If for any reason there is not complete performance satisfaction with the products ordered, return the merchandise to Patina Products within 60 days for replacement or credit for the quantity returned.

Patina Products Warranty

Patina Products warrants to the original consumer for five years (two year full warranty and three years pro rated) that the fire box of the fire pit will not rust or burn through. If the fire pit should experience burn or rust during the first two years, Patina Products will replace the fire pit free of charge. During years three through five, a replacement fire pit may be obtained at a discount calculated on a pro rated basis. A replacement may be obtained by calling 805-474-1354 or emailing info@patinaproducts.com. Proof of purchase must accompany all claims. Damages due to product abuse and misuse are excluded from this warranty.

All accessories, including spark screen, grill, poker and weather cover are not covered by this warranty.

THE OUTDOOR PLUS SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICIES

TOP items are made to order. The shipping time-line on our complete fire pit tables is 4 - 6 weeks (perfection takes time). Shipping is free. Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your delivery box appears to be damaged, take photos and examine your item on the spot. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please call 909-460-5579.

Returns: 

TOP Products (Fire Pits/Bowls and Fire Water Bowls) are made to order. There are no returns or exchanges on these products. If your item arrives damaged, please make a note of it when signing for delivery & follow the instructions below immediately.

Product Warranty

The Outdoor Plus, Inc., warranties product against manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct operation of the product commencing from the date of original sale or shipment from TOP. The warranty on parts and in-house labor will apply only to claims presented to us by our original customer and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. The defective product must be shipped back with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by TOP for that specific product which states the nature of the defect or warranty claim. Please call 909-460-5579 for an RMA. Product to be returned should be packed carefully. The Outdoor Plus is not responsible for shipping damage on returned items. The original purchase information will be required. RMA’s are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue by TOP and will not be processed if received after the expiration date. The RMA number must be indicated on the outside of the return package and a copy of the RMA should be placed in the package with product.  Our warranty does not cover items that have been damaged by overheating, modification, abuse, improper storage, installation, or maintenance . This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damage and indirect collateral expenses arising from product defects or warranty recovery. Product manufactured by TOP cannot be altered or modified in any way.

Returns:

Customer will be responsible for checking shipment for any damage prior to signing for shipment. If packaging looks damaged at all, even the slightest, customer is responsible for noting it on the freight bill prior to signing for it. This is the only way a “concealed damage” claim can be made. Failure to sign a delivery receipt as damaged and/or with missing parts removes Tretco Inc. and the delivering carrier from any liability. Tretco’ s policy is to replace parts free of charge whenever this situation occurs as long as the damage is noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. Tretco Inc. will not be held liable for any freight damage. Freight damaged items cannot be returned for any reason after signed for.

All Products carry an 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This allows you to return any (non-custom or closeout) item within 14 days from date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (this does not include your original shipping fees or any return shipping fees.) A 20% restocking fee may be applied.

All returned items must meet the following:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Product must be new and in resalable condition.
  • The original sales receipt must be attached to the inside lid of the packaging.
  • Product CAN NOT have been installed or used.
  • “Scratch & Dent”, "Hot Specials", “Closeout” or “Custom Order” are not returnable.
  • Product can’t be freight damaged.
  • Partial shipments cannot be returned.

All qualified returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to being returned. This will assure you a quick and painless credit process. To obtain an RGA please email us at sales@tretco.com.

Fire Sense (Well Traveled Living) Warranty

PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE OR ORDER CONFIRMATION WHICH WILL BE NEEDED WHEN CONTACTING US ABOUT WARRANTY COVERAGE.

All Fire Sense (Well Traveled Living) products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Well Traveled Living will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs. 

Fire Sense (Well Traveled Living) retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion.

To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the sales receipt from the original retailer is required. Online auction confirmations are not accepted for warranty verification, and Wtliving will not replace missing components from any package purchased through an online auction. Well Traveled Living retains the exclusive right to either repair or replace the unit with a newly over-hauled (NOH) unit or new unit at its sole discretion. Call or e-mail Well Traveled Living Customer Service at cservice@welltraveled.net or 800-766-9633 and describe the problem you are experiencing and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number. In addition to your original sales receipt, you will need to provide the unit’s serial number (if available), your return shipping address, a daytime telephone number and an e-mail address.

Returns

If a return is due to the customer's preference, the return will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  Contact us at returns@thefirepitz.com, we will send you a  Return Authorization Number and instructions will be given as to where the until will be returned. Once the unit has been returned and has been inspected for resale quality, then a credit will be issued for the cost of the unit itself. Credit will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If you receive a unit with minor damage, then replacement parts will be offered.  If it's determined that there is severe damage, it will warrant filing a damage claim with UPS.  We will file the UPS claim and either request another unit be shipped, or we will notify our accounting team to issue a credit if the customer does not want a replacement. Credit will only be issued once UPS has taken possession of the unit. Credit will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

   Fire Sense (WT Living) does not charge restocking fees for returned products.
